support
how to get help in ixi: ask xixi, let her file a ticket, or write to the team.
If something doesn't work or you can't find how to do it, there are three ways to reach us, from fastest to slowest.
ask xixi
xixi is ixi's guide. Click her sprite in the top bar (Ask xixi for help) and talk, or click the small keyboard icon beside it (Type to xixi instead of talking) to type. She knows where things are in the app, can take you to a page, and answers how-to questions. See ask xixi.
have xixi file a ticket
When something is broken, tell xixi what happened. She can file a support ticket for you with a title and a description, and it records the canvas you're on. She tells you it was filed. She doesn't promise a time, and the team reads it from there.
To make a ticket useful, say:
- what you did and what you expected
- what happened instead, and any error text
- which canvas or node it was on
You can open up to 20 tickets per day.
If you use ixi from Claude or another MCP client, the agent can file a ticket too, with the same daily cap; see mcp.
write to us
Email hello@ixi.design. It's the address in the page footer and the privacy policy, and the right place for billing questions, data requests and anything that doesn't fit a ticket.
good to know
- A ticket is for ixi itself, such as a bug or a missing feature. For help with your own project, ask the pixie working on it.
- Credit and billing questions: check billing and credits first, then write.
