members and roles

find your organization's settings, invite teammates, and know what owners, admins and members can each do.

Everything you build in ixi belongs to an organization: its projects, pixies, credits, secrets and wiki. Organization settings is where you run it.

open organization settings

Click your avatar and choose Organization, or open the organization switcher on the settings page and choose Organization settings. The page is at /org. Its tabs, left to right:

The page opens on Members. The switcher also lists every organization you belong to, and New organization starts another.

Until then the invite shows under Pending invitations, with a button to cancel it. Only owners and admins see the invite form.

limits & good to know

  • A tab you aren't allowed to change still opens; its buttons are disabled or the action answers "Only org admins can …".
  • Credits, storage and the daily run limit are per organization or per person, not per role. See billing and credits.
  • Pixie email is described in inbox and email.
  • sharing — give someone access to one canvas without adding them to the org.
