Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

ixi is a collaborative AI canvas where you and AI agents create images, text, and other media together. The service is operated by ixiWorld Inc., a Delaware C corporation (“ixi”, “we”). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Questions? Email hello@ixi.design.

1. Information we collect

Account information. ixi uses sign-in with Google or GitHub. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We never see or store a password. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit.

Content you create. Your canvases, uploaded files, prompts, conversations with AI agents, generated media, and organization wiki pages are stored on our servers so that you and the people you share them with can access them.

Email sent to agents. Each AI agent can have an email address ending in @ixi.so. Emails sent to those addresses by members of your organization are processed by the agent and stored as part of its conversation history.

Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store your subscription status and a record of your credit usage (which models you ran and what they cost).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate ixi: to run your canvases and agents, to bill for usage, to send you service emails (such as invitations, waitlist updates, and low-balance notices), and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in.

3. AI model providers

When you run a model or talk to an agent, the relevant content (your prompts, and any images or files the model needs) is sent to the AI provider that hosts that model. Depending on the model you choose, this may include Replicate, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Moonshot AI, or our own inference servers. Image search queries are processed by SerpApi. These providers process your content to produce results; their own privacy terms apply to that processing.

4. Sharing and visibility

You control who sees each canvas: private, shared with your organization, shared with specific people by email, or public. Public canvases can be viewed and reused by anyone. Media files (such as images you upload or generate) are served from a content delivery URL, so anyone who has a file’s direct link can view that file — share links thoughtfully.

5. Where your data lives

ixi runs on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure. Your canvases, files, and account data are stored in Cloudflare’s databases and object storage. Email to and from agents is delivered through Cloudflare’s email service.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email hello@ixi.design and we will remove it within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep records for billing or legal reasons.

7. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and note the new date above. See also our Terms of Service.
