Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Welcome to ixi, operated by ixiWorld Inc., a Delaware C corporation (“ixi”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using ixi on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf too.

1. Your account

ixi is currently invite-only. You sign in with a Google or GitHub account, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Organization owners and admins can manage members, billing, and shared content for their organization.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on ixi. You grant us the license we need to operate the service: to store, process, and display your content, to share it according to the visibility settings you choose, and to send it to the AI model providers required to fulfill your requests. If you make a canvas public, anyone can view and reuse it.

3. AI agents and generated content

ixi lets you work with AI agents that can generate media, run code in sandboxes, edit canvases, and send and receive email on your behalf. You are responsible for the instructions you give agents and for how you use what they produce. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, and we make no guarantees about its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. Your use of specific models may also be subject to the model provider’s own terms.

4. Credits and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and include usage credits, as described at checkout. Running models consumes credits at the rates shown in the app. Credits reset each billing period and unused credits do not carry over. When your credits are exhausted, model runs pause until the next period or an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ixi to break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate or distribute abusive or deceptive content, send spam (including through agent email addresses), attempt to breach the security of the service or its sandboxes, or place unreasonable load on the infrastructure. We may throttle, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service changes and termination

ixi is under active development; features may change, and we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We provide the service “as is”, without warranties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and note the new date above. Continuing to use ixi after changes take effect means you accept them. See also our Privacy Policy. Questions? Email hello@ixi.design.
